These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Borbytes Image Dreamer ("the Application", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
1 Eligibility & Access
- Access to the Application is granted on an invitation-only basis.
- You must sign in with a Google account. Only accounts approved by an administrator may use the Application.
- New users may request access, which is subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.
- We reserve the right to revoke access at any time, with or without notice.
2 Credit System & Usage
- The Application uses a credit-based system to manage usage. Credits are consumed each time you generate an image or video.
- New users receive an initial credit allocation upon approval. Additional credits may be granted at the administrator's discretion.
- Credits may be purchased through the Application. Credits cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred between accounts.
- Unused credits do not expire, but we reserve the right to adjust credit balances or pricing at any time.
- Credits are locked when a generation task is submitted and confirmed upon completion. If a task fails, credits are refunded automatically.
3 Credit Refund Policy
- Automatic refunds: If a generation task fails due to a server error, API error, or timeout, the locked credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
- No refunds for completed generations: Once a generation task completes successfully and delivers a result, the credits are considered consumed regardless of whether the output meets your expectations.
- Content moderation rejections: If a generation is rejected by the AI model's content filters, credits are refunded automatically.
- Partial failures: In batch operations, credits are only consumed for tasks that complete successfully. Failed tasks within a batch are refunded individually.
- Service outages: If credits are lost due to a confirmed service outage or bug, contact us and we will restore your balance after verification.
- No monetary refunds: Purchased credits are non-refundable. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or any form of monetary refund.

4 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Application to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that impersonates real individuals without their consent.
- Produce content that exploits or endangers minors in any way.
- Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit restrictions, or other security measures.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Application without prior authorization.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
Violations of these acceptable use guidelines may result in immediate revocation of access without notice.
5 Generated Content
- Ownership: You retain rights to the content you create using the Application, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers (BytePlus/ByteDance).
- No Guarantee: Generated content is produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected results. We make no guarantees about the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content.
- Storage: Generated content saved to your gallery is stored in Firebase Storage under your account. You are responsible for the content you save.
- Deletion: You may delete your saved content at any time. Content that is deleted from your gallery is permanently removed.
6 Third-Party Services
The Application relies on third-party services to function. By using the Application, you also agree to the terms of these services:
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services. Outages or changes to these services may affect Application functionality.
7 Service Availability
- The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Application.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice.
- Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.
- We are not liable for any loss of data, content, or credits.
- Our total liability for any claims related to the Application shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use it.
9 Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10 Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11 Termination
- You may stop using the Application at any time by signing out.
- We may terminate or suspend your access at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately. Your saved content may be retained or deleted at our discretion.
